We have started to use HikaShop Starter 2.3.2,

Are there any reports available in this version or anyway to create simple CSV downloadable reports about orders.

Hi,

You can go in the menu Orders>Reports in order to generate reports.
Note that this is only available with HikaShop Essential and Business.

Otherwise, you can also create some kind of reports with mass actions (menu System>Mass actions) but it is more complex to use and you can't have product comparison sales charts or things like that with it.
