Administrator not receiving order confirmed email

Hi,

The administrator is not receiving the order confirmation email, please could you help me fix this.

The user is receiving the order creation email
The user is receiving the order confirmed email
The administrator is receiving the order creation email
The administrator is receiving the Payment notifications email

BUT
The administrator is not receiving the order confirmed email
Under system -> emails, the 'Order administrator notification ' is published

I have checked the email log of the server and there is no record of the confirmation email in the send list so I think it is a configuration issue I have

Hi,
There is no "order confirmed email" for the administrator.
The administrator is not receiving either the "order creation notification" but it's the "order administrator notification" that it is receiving at the creation of the order.
At the confirmation of the order, it's the payment notification that the administrator receives.
If you want the administrator to receive a copy of the order status notification that the user receives, you can use the plugin we developed and posted here: hikashop.com/forum/orders-management/869...or-admin.html#160779

Thank you for your reply, I understand how it is working now and the plugin solves my problem.

It would be good to see either a single or multi select setting as standard in future versions of Hikashop to sent the "order administrator notification" based on order status.
