view your orders / order status translation was created by pixeldraft
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6

Hello everybody!

I am facing one problem which i can't fix.
I was looking for the translation of the "order status".
The frontend-langue is german and everythins works fine but the status is still in english (created ...)

I also changed the whole english trans. file and everything was tranlated but the order status.

Where can i change it please :)

Hi,

To translate the order status name, it's indeed in the language file that you have to do the modifications.
You should find the following entries:

CREATED="created"
PENDING="pending"
CONFIRMED="confirmed"
CANCELLED="cancelled"
REFUNDED="refunded"
SHIPPED="shipped"
ORDER_STATUS_CREATED="created"
ORDER_STATUS_PENDING="pending"
ORDER_STATUS_CONFIRMED="confirmed"
ORDER_STATUS_CANCELLED="cancelled"
ORDER_STATUS_REFUNDED="refunded"
ORDER_STATUS_SHIPPED="shipped"

These are to translate.

If you already done that, please enable the Joomla Debug language in the Joomla global configuration.
It will give more informations about translation issues.

Thank u for your answer.

Yes i even translated the english language file in german and everything changed, but the order status on the website.

I never worked with the language debug before. For what am i looking for?
It's enabled now.

Hello,
If you have an error through you translation file, by activating the Joomla Debug language, the "**Joomla! Debug Console**" will help you to find from where your issue is coming.

Hello,

i can't find any errors.
But where does hikashop take the words like "created"?
I changed the english file into german but nothing changed.

Hi,

I am sorry but I don't understand your last question.
"created" is an order status name and it's also a translation key in the HikaShop language file.

Hi all,

I have a similiar problem, the language file is translated correctly but in the order email I get, the word "created" should be substituted with "erstellt":

300


Where can I change the settings for this ?

Hi,

Do you have edited the order statuses via the menu System > Order statuses ?

By default this order status should be translated by taking the value of the translation file.

Hi Xavier,

I searched the language file (System --> Languages -> German) for the keyword "created" but the entries I found are already translated.
Also tried it with the "Joomla language debugger".

Hi,

Please check via HikaShop > Configuration > Languages in the main part the value for the key CREATED.
Do you have translated the statuses via FaLang ? Maybe a mistake, added English in German file.

If you still don't find the solution, please give us an admin access to your website via private message, don't forget to give the url of that topic in the message.

Would it be possible to know in which email you got the problem ?
Because it is possible that an HikaShop email have a missing translation for the creation of the subject.

I only get this in vendors mails, subject text is ok but this line
ORDER_STATUS_CHANGED_TO="The status of your order No. %s has been changed to %s."
(the last %s is always in English)

I think if you change joomla back-end language it will resolve your problem
In Joomla admin
go to - Language Manager: Installed Languages
Installed - Administrator make german Default for admin

I´ve checked the Joomla Backend Language, this is set to German.

Emails to the customer are looking o.k.
250


Only emails to the vendor do have this problem.

Which HikaMarket version are you using ?
We fixed some translation issue in the email in the last release (1.5.0).
If you still have some troubles with the latest one, please create a new thread in the HikaMarket forum section.
