PDF invoice Plugin does not work - 4 Error

Hello HikaShop team,

I changed the format of the invoice number and order number in the configuration of HikaShop.
Now the PDF invoice plugin does not work. The bill is not automatically sent via email to the customer. Even when opening the account, an error is displayed in the backend.
In addition, I can not write e-mail to customers in the shop system.

Please give us more informations about the invoice and order number format used.
It has maybe a specific thing which is broking the system, for example a tag which looks like a html one, etc.

Hi, the format for the order and the invoice is RE-{id size="5"}/{date format="m/Y"}. Previously set automatically. In addition, backend under Order -> Order, the Order status can not be changed.

It has nothing to do with the Invoice number format.
The issue is that the recent versions of Joomla have introduced modifications breaking the HikaShop popups and we added fixes in HikaShop for that but in order to get those fixes, you should update HikaShop to the latest version.

The automatic sending of an invoice by e-mail has not gone away.

Please download the latest version of the PDF invoice plugin and install it over yours. It might help.
If you made an override for the invoice template file, try renaming it in order to deactivate it and see if that helps.

Sorry, doesn't work for me. It says, "Download period has elapsed", and wants me to purchase again. Original purchase was 2014-05-18.
