Can seller be notified when item not in stock?

Hello HikaShop Familly,

Is there a way to be alerted when items are out of stock? I know the item will say not in stock for the visitor but how is the seller notified when no more items are available/in stock?

You can configure the "HikaShop out of stock" plugin via the Joomla plugins manager for that.

Thanks so much for response, do I have to purchase that plugin or is it apart of the free version of hikashop?

Hi,

The plugin is provide with HikaShop Business and use the Cron task to create a notification email once a day (and won't send any email if the stock is good).
