Problems with order status

I've got a problem when changing the status of the request.
By clicking "Status request" and change the option to "In Transit" for example, it opens a new screen in lightbox with information, but displays no button to confirm.
What happens is that we can not change the request of the situation.

Hi,

That's because you updated your Joomla but didn't update HikaShop and thus the version of HikaShop you have is not compatible with the version of Joomla you have.
Update HikaShop and that will solve the problem.
