Changing admin emails to reflect new admin login

I'm using the JXTC Admin Lock plugin to stop a flood of automated admin login attempts, and this results in a changed admin login URL. That means that the order link in the admin order notification emails no longer works - instead it leads to the site's home page. Can I change the email link so that it leads to the new admin login URL?
