how to show buyer info in order records

user can buy without any registration.

problem:
1.when i checkout with paypal, the hika recorded the order but has completely no info about the buyer in the order list
but all data returned from paypal correctly (see attachment)

how can i let the paypal data fill in to the order record?

2. i did receive notification email from paypal (see attachment).
but the order status always set to "canceled" automatically, how can i fix it?
i also read your FAQ but it seems no one matches my case

Regarding the history of the HikaShop order ; Paypal indicates that the payment is pending.

and how can i use Address, First name and Last name in user's paypal account instead of input by user himself?

The customers Address, First name and Last name which will be used, will be the one that he have set through your checkout workflow, can you tell me exactly how do you want it to work so that I can understand it ?

i use HikaShop Paypal payment plugin

since my site uses paypal to checkout, Firstname, Lastname, Email and Address etc can be retrieved from paypal when a client finished the payment.

in this case, it is meaningless for a client to input his/her information in the checkout form (in the the site)

in the admin panel, it suppose to record down all the information from paypal in the Order view.
They did recorded in History field but not in Customer, Billing Address and shipping Address (see attachment blank_record.jpg)

If you actually don't want to use HikaShop checkout and instead use PayPal to gather the information of the user, you don't want to use the PayPal payment plugin. Instead you should use the "PayPal Express Checkout" payment plugin.
That way, the customers will be able to checkout through PayPal and the user data from PayPal will be saved in the order where it should be.
The standard PayPal plugin isn't supposed to work like that and if you don't ask the user his address during the HikaShop checkout, the address won't be in the order with it.

If nevertheless you prefer to use the standard PayPal plugin without the fields being filled by the user on the HikaShop checkout and have the plugin use the information sent by PayPal after the payment, the only solution will be to modify the code of the PayPal plugin in the function onPaymentNotification of the file plugins/hikashoppayment/paypal/paypal.php
It won't be easy so if you're not a developer, you'll want to ask one to do it for you.
