Component HikaShop: Since about two weeks of calling the individual orders will not be parsed.
Everything else is normal.

I tested:
new Joomla with Import the complete database
only import tables HikaShop
different browsers
Javascript disabled
other PHP version
other servers
new Joomla with new HikaShop, new product

The fault remains.

Need an idea where I could search.

Hi,

From what I can see, you have a fatal error on that page.
Turn on the "error reporting" setting of the Joomla configuration and got to that page again.
Then, look at the bottom of the page and you should find the fatal error message which will indicate what is the source of the problem.
Provide it and we should be able to tell you what to do.

It really looks like a fatal error.
If your server is configured to force the errors to not be displayed, you'll have to look directly in the PHP error log of your server for the fatal error message.
If you don't know how, you might want to contact your hosting company for that.

I see that the error happens at the display of HikaSerial. If you purchase a product without serial, do you have the same problem ?
