The buyer received the order with a wrong time (e.g.right time is 23:00 / the buyer received a notifiy with 22:00)
The time is advanced by 1 hour. Can I fix it

Your issue is probably coming from the way you have set the "Server Time Zone *" option through the Joomla menu "Global configuration -> Server".
If it still not working you should check your server configuration.
