Bestellstatus PayPal / Rechnung "besätigt"

Wir habt Ihr das mit dem Bestellstatus geregelt?

1. PayPal Zahlungsmethode
Kunde zahlt per PayPal, damit ist die Bestellung "bestätigt" und somit wurde auch eine Rechnungsnummer vergeben.
(War ist aber noch nicht geliefert)

2. Bezahlung auf Rechnung (Banktransfer und Zahlungstext auf 14 nach Rechnungsdatum gesetzt.)
Hier habe ich den Bestellstatus auf "offen" gelassen. Die Rechnungsnummer will ich praktisch mit dem nächsten Schritt vergeben, nämlich mit der Lieferung.

Wenn ich jetzt aber die Rechnung auf "bestätigt" setze habe ich folgende Situation:

- bei PayPal ist die Rechnung bezahlt aber NICHT geliefert
- bei Bezahlung auf Rechnung ist die Ware geliefert, aber die Rechnung nicht bezahlt.

Wie habt Ihr das bei Euch geregelt ?

- we need the invoice number befor payment.
- we need the status "voice created & products delivered" (the payment is not confirmed at this moment)
3. Customer pay the invoice between 14 days after he receices the products/invoice
then we set the status to payment "confirmed + delievered" or "completed"

Situation "PayPal"

1. User create the order and pay with paypal
status "confirmed" (in the moment)
this situation is in reality, whe have the money but the customer have no product.
2. we send the products WITH THE INVOICE to the customer and set the status to "confirmed + delivered" or "completed"

We need a payment method witch creates the invoice but the status of the payment ist not "confirmed"

In the "Invoice order statuses" setting of the HikaShop configuration, you can configure the statuses for the invoice availability.
If you enter "created" in it, you customers will have the invoice available directly when the order is created.
