Invoice printing cutoff

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 47.0

I am having two issues with individual order print version when using Firefox.

1. A blank page is inserted as page 2 in the printed invoice.
2. The custom field items are being cutoff when the order reaches the bottom of the page. Nothing flows to the next page which results in an incomplete invoice.

Google Chrome seems to render the invoice correctly.

I don't think we can do anything about that.
The problem comes from Firefox which doesn't handle the tables with a lot of rows for their printing system. A fix would have to be made to the firefox printing engine to handle that correctly.
