Shopowners can become partners for their region in my webshop.
The region is set by postal codes which are defined as manual shipping method.
Is it possible to have a search module where acustomer can check for his nearby shop based on entering the postal code of his address?

By shop owners, are you talking about vendors of HikaMarket Multivendor ?
In that case, I guess that such extension might be able to help:

I would recommend to contact the developer and see if something can be done for what you want.

Regarding a search module to search with post codes directly in HikaShop, there is no such system so it would require a custom module to be developed.
