Hi,

You need to configure your "User Points" plugins and also choose which "points" integration you want to use (HikaShop "user points" user custom field ; EasySocial points ; AlphaUserPoints/AltaUserPoints).

You will find that tutorial page which explain the basic of the point system :
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/257-using-points.html

And also that documentation page for the "user points" payment plugins
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/p...-payment-method.html

The second "user points" plugin is a HikaShop plugin that you can configure in the section "HikaShop > System > Plugins".
The instance of the plugin should be made exactly like for Shipping or Payment plugin ; click on "new" and select the plugin you to to create & configure.

Regards,

PS : HikaShop 4 does not exist and won't exist in the next couple of years.. Joomla 3.4 should be update to the latest version.

Thq sir

Love hikashop..
