Order status notification pop up not working

My order status notification email is not working. The system gets stuck at the pop up screen. I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but I can't find it.

Hi,

This indicates that you've customized the file "address_template" for your backend template in an invalid way.
If you turn on the error reporting in the Joomla configuration, it should display you an error message there.
Also, you can go in the menu Display>Views and remove or fix the override on that address_template view file and it should remove the problem.
