The order history when you open an order is correct, but the dropdown are showing 'created' but then in dutch (aangemaakt).
Very difficult to work with the orders and see which one you have already done.

bug in the new 3.0.0?

The order status system was completely changed for hikashop 3.
We put in place a script to migrate the order status data when the update is done so that it should be transparent. Maybe the script did run properl for you.
Try the "check database" button of the hikashop configuration. It might help fixing that.
Otherwise, could you provide a screenshot of the orders listing and of the menu System > Order statuses while being logged in in English ?
