Payment refused or canceled

Hello,
When an order is placed and the payment has been canceled (eg credit card), the customer still receives his order by mail. How to make sending mail does not perform when payment is canceled ..

Hi,

HikaShop sends 2 emails to the customer:
- one when the order is created, before the payment
- one when the order is confirmed, after the payment
So you can disable the "order creation notification" email via the menu System>Emails and that way customers will only receive the second email.
