There is no VAT. calculated
The shopping cart and the checkout is the VAT. not displayed?
I have checked
Vat default
Paypal Vat set to default
Cash Vat set to default

Also there are always problems with the shopping cart.
This is sometimes only displayed when I navigate different pages

Can you provide your build version (you get it : in Components => HikaShop => Configuration, then in Main tab and in Main part.
And we will need relatives configuration screenshot, and especially your Tax configuration screenshot (in Configuration => Main tab => Taxes part AND in Configuration dropdown => Taxes listing => Your Tax parameters).
