E-mail Notify customer give error

Hi Team,

I have changed the default template with another URL to the header and footer.

If I change the order status on the back-end to create and set notify customer to YES I get a nice e-mail.
If I change the order status on the back-end to cancelled and set notify customer to YES I get a nice e-mail.
If I change the order status on the back-end to refund and set notify customer to YES I get a nice e-mail.

But if I change it back to confirmed and set notify customer to YES I get this error.
syntax error, unexpected '=>' (T_DOUBLE_ARROW)

So why do I get this error only when I change it to confirm?

I fixed this error, it's was a wrong code into the attached PDF invoice plugin.

When you generate this e-mail it's also send the PDF attached and that one generate the error
