address2 field not included in pdf invoices

-- PHP version -- : 7.0.13

We are finding that the address_street2 field is not included when printing invoices from the back end ( it may be a custome field, I can't remember). I have looked at the invoice template but it just calls a class to output billing address, where can I set this to include all the address fields?

Hi,

In the HikaShop configuration, you'll find an option "address format" under the "checkout" tab.
Make sure that the tag for the custom address field is in there like the others and in the position you want it and save the configuration.

I have the address format set as I need it but it looks like this is being ignored by the invoice template, which appears to be using the default setting.

Main issue is that address_street2 is missing but also post_code is in the wrong place ( for UK addresses ).

Hi,

It works just fine on my end.
Can you check in the menu Display>Views that you have the "address_template" view file overridden with the correct data for both your frontend and your backend and if note, make the modification there ?
And if you disable the PDF invoice plugin, do you get the correct format in the invoice ?

The front end template was correct but the back end template wasn't, are these both changed when you edit the configuration?

Anyway I have edited the back end template manually and it is working as expected now.

You're right. It's supposed to change for both the backend and the frontend template.
I've found the issue and added a patch on our end for that.
