Hi
I'm trying to understand the Order Status Life Cycle and working with Danish translations of the code below, which is not completely correct.

Is life cycle like this?
Order >
1 created > 2 pending (not paid yet) > 3 confirmed (payment received) > 4 shipped (order is sent to customer)

An unpaid order can be cancelled
A paid order can be refunded (money is returned to customer)

Code:
;Order statuses CREATED="created" PENDING="pending" CONFIRMED="confirmed" CANCELLED="cancelled" REFUNDED="refunded" SHIPPED="shipped" ORDER_STATUS_CREATED="created" ORDER_STATUS_PENDING="pending" ORDER_STATUS_CONFIRMED="confirmed" ORDER_STATUS_CANCELLED="cancelled" ORDER_STATUS_REFUNDED="refunded" ORDER_STATUS_SHIPPED="shipped" HIKASHOP_ORDER_STATUS_CHANGED_TO="HikaShop order status changed to"

Regards,
Henrik

Hi,

That's indeed the correct life cycle that is by default in HikaShop.
