How can I manage the returned products? Example: A customer receives the product but it does not work.
Exists any funtionality in Hikashop or 3rd party extension?

Hi,

You could just have a contact form for that. It could be a Joomla contact form, a HikaShop contact form, or a third party extension contact form. There is not specific mechanism in place.
