Order email sent to customer - storefront wrong phone number

Hello,

I have read through many of your forum posts. I can find where to program changes to php, html layout and email layouts.

The storefront name and address is correct, but the phone number is wrong.

Where do I enter the actual storefront address info or phone number that displays in top left before order details?
Is it coming from the payment method?

The solution will probably just be to use the "Your shop address" option that you can find via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main".

No, not according to your documentation and posts regarding the email confirmation.
The address in the main configuration is about 7 lines with no differenciation between address, city state etc.

Where does the shop/store address and phone number pull from in the email confirmation to the customer?
The phone number is wrong and I do not find it entered anywhere in the shopping cart.

My theory is that it is coming for the merchant payment provider....See attachment.

We confirmed that it is from the merchant payment account. Hope this info helps someone else.

Note that's it's hard to understand the context, but from what we get so far, we can make some guess.
If as you said in your last message it come from your payment servers, maybe you have to check shop information in your merchant account on the payment website?
