Hi,

The CSS on the buttons depend on the class that you entered for them in the CSS settings under the display tab of the HikaShop configuration.
By default, it uses hikashop specific CSS classes which are defined in the frontend default file of HikaShop.
But you can change them to use your template button CSS classes.
For example, it's "btn" for bootstrap templates usually.
