send an other email on different status

Hi,
is it possible to send an other email on different status.
Like i want to send the confirmation email to other persons then the create email.

Is that possible and if so how can i do that ?

I have the same feature need. The order_status_notification mail is sent on every status change when you want to notify user.
Is it possible to send different mails on different statutes.

For example i would like the order_status_notification mail be sended on order status shipped with content A and send it on order status consigned with content B.

How can i handle this?

Hi,

Go in the folder media/com_hikashop/mail/ and duplicate the order_status_notification.html.php file to order_status_notification.shipped.html.php
That way, you now have a HTML version of the status "shipped" and one for the other statuses.

Thannks for reply. Copying the files and renaming them works. I have only an important issue.

It does not take the data from order. It means it get's only an template output. i attach screen.

Your screenshots indicate that the variables couldn't be generated by the preload, probably because something is wrong with it (for example the file is empty).
Also, in your first sentence you say that you copied and renamed the fileS. So that means that you must have done something wrong since I only talke about one file in my previous message, and not several.
So please check that you only copied and renamed the HTML version of the email.
Also check that the preload file is not empty.

I tried to copy also the preload file before i read your reply and now it works!
