We are using Hikashop to generate enquires only and are not displaying prices n the website - but when a customer creates an order the prices appear on the order confirmation emails - how can I remove - from the these order creation emails for the user and admin?

Hello,
There's actually no option to do it, so the only solution will be to directly edit the code of your emails via "Hikashop->System->Emails" and prevent prices from displaying.

Hi,
It's nothing complex. Edit the emails, and in the HTML version, remove the lines with the text "PRICE" or "TOTAL" in them.
You'll also want to change the {TXT:FOOTER_COLSPAN} tag by the value of the colspan you want since you'll end up removing two columns.
It you know HTML, it shouldn't be a problem.
