Send no mails when status cancelled

Hey,

When the status of an order is updated to cancelled Hikashop will send the ORDER_STATUS_NOTIFICATION_SUBJECT mail.
How can we prevent this? In previous versions this was not an issue.

Hi,

If the order status is changed manually to cancelled in the backend, you have a checkbox where you can say if you want to notify the user or not.
If the order status is changed automatically by the payment plugin, then it's up to the payment plugin to say if the user should be notified or not.
Could you provide more information on how the orders are getting cancelled ? And what payment methods you're using ?
