Send Invoice From Website To Customer

I'm having an issue with checkout at the moment so I was wondering if I can send an invoice from the backend of the website to a customer if I get their information, and most importantly, if I send the invoice will they have an option on the Invoice to pay using Paypal?

The easiest way to do this is with Invoice Manager - extensions.joomla.org/extension/invoice-manager-for-hikashop/

The solution can be to :
- manually create their orders via "Hikashop->Orders->Orders" with a status set to "Created"
- set the "Payment of orders not paid immediately" option to YES via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main"

Mohamed, I have all of that already set-up in the backend.

How do I send the order to the customer so that they can pay? I don't see an option on the "Orders" page that allows you to do that.

Hi,

Just change the order status of the order to one of the order statuses enabled in the "unpaid" column of the System>Order statuses menu and activate the notification of the customer when you do.
In such case, and provided that you selected a payment method in that order, the notification email to the customer will contain some text with a link to pay the order and the customer just has to click on the link to be redirected to the payment of the order.
