Error on trying to save orders.

Hello Folks,

We have a couple of errors in the cart.

1. The save button in cart area doesn't perform any actions to save cart values. It just refreshes the cart page.

2. From the users perspective, before proceeding to pay for an order, if they change the quantity of a product in a order and refresh that changes in the cart, it is not changing the quantity away from the original quantity to the requested new one.

Not sure, sorry, on how to solve either of these. Grateful for any replies.
