TXT not replaced with language values after latest Hikashop upgrade

We just upgraded a site to the latest download of HikaShop Business: 4.0.2. (com_hikashop_business_v4.0.2_2019-02-02_01-31-02}

The email content is not being converted to the language values from the TXT constants. I've verified that we have no HTML/Text/Preload customization in place.

It appears to be related to the HTML version "per status override" for the Confirmed status in the Order Status Notification email. We were adding a paragraph of information to that override just after the upgrade. It was only informational text and shouldn't have affected any system variables. We noticed the issue then upon testing the preview. We removed all customization, however, the confirmed status HTML for the Order Status Notification email still doesn't load the proper language strings.

Could there be an issue with the creation of customization for 'per status overrides'?

There must have been a remaining customization in the preload that wasn't compatible with the latest version, however, the email list wasn't displaying a customization deletion icon.

Just to be sure there was nothing custom remaining, I copied the email content from another site. That resolved the issue.

Indeed, on the listing of emails, the "per status" overrides are not taken into account for the "remove customization" columns.
