Admin email notice when customer change address

Is it possible to notify the admin via email when the customer changes his shipping address?

Hi,

There is no option for the customer to change the shipping address of an order.
However, in his address manager, he can change his addresses, add new ones, delete old ones and change his default shipping / billing address.
You could develop a plugin and plug yourself on the onAfterAddressUpdate and onAfterAddressCreate triggers to send an email upon such cases.
So it's technically feasible, but you need a developer to implement that.
There is no ready-made solution
