Forbidden access to backend user update

When I try to update, from backend, an user in the order form I have a 403 forbidden popup

Ok, I found the issue orgin: it was 6G FIREWALL/BLACKLIST on .htaccess file
Better it was the rule # 6G:[QUERY STRINGS]
I checked for an update @ perishablepress.com/6g/ but there is not it.
I Think you should advise them about that.
For now I commented that rule and there is not that issue. And in the backend the url with | character works fine

Well, they'll probably just ignore us. Blocking the | character in the URL is a choice they made because it's not common. And it's not like their rules are for Joomla specifically. I'm sure there are other extensions or other CMSes using other characters that are blocked by some of their rules.
The point is not to copy/paste all their rules in your htacces but to understand them so that you can add them or not based on your needs and constrains.
