Mass changing to "shipped" status for order

When we are having more than 300 orders in one days

Is there a way we can select all confirm order and change to shipped?

The solution can either be to develop a plugin based on the "onAfterOrderUpdate" :

Or

Directly use a mass action which will directly update order statuses from confirmed to shipped and configure it like attached.
