Remove "A new order has been created..." and "Your order No. X is now created..

I am trying to remove the following pair of emails:

To site owner: "A new order has been created on your website"

And

To customer "Your order X is now created at X"

This always seems to confuse people. Which email(s) do I disable?

You want to disable the "order admin notification" and the "order creation notification" emails.
