Hallo,
Ik ben al geruime tijd aan het googlen en kom heel veel vragen tegen over wachtlijstmeldingen (geef mij een melding als het product weer voorradig is) maar ik kan nergens vinden hoe en waar ik dit moet inschakelen.
Is het een plugin ? en waar kan ik die vinden ??

Hi,

Under the "Features" tab of the HikaShop configuration page, you have an option "activate the waitlist".
It indeed uses the HikaShop waitlist plugin you can configure via the Joomla plugins manager.
It also requires you to setup your cron task under the Cron tab of the HikaShop configuration.
You can read more about the waitlist mechanism on the help page of the configuration page where you have the waitlist options details:

Een beetje vreemd want de optie "activeer de wachtlijst" had ik gevonden maar de "Hikashop WaitList notification Plugin" heb ik nog NIET geactiveerd. ..Toch werkt de functie WEL.. Ook aan de cron-taak ben ik niet aangeweest..

Activating the setting will display the waitlist button on the product details page when the product is out of stock so that the user can subscribe to the notification when stock is back up.
However, without the plugin activated or the cron task setup, the notification emails won't be sent out when stock is back up.
So make sure you enable the plugin and setup the cron task.

Dan praten we toch over verschillende zaken.
Mijn "WaitList notification Plugin" staat NIET ingeschakeld. (zie bijlage) Ik heb om te testen een product aantal op 0 gezet. Op de site verschijnt een melding dat het product is uitverkocht en de melding "stel mij op de hoogte indien beschikbaar".
Ik heb hier een naam en email ingevuld en dit werk prima. De mail word goed verzonden..zonder het activeren van de plugin....

I don't see how this plugin would be able to send the notification email without being enabled.
Are you sure that you're talking about the waitlist user notfiication email which is sent when the stock is added back to the product ?
And not the user administrator notification email which is sent to the administrator when someone subscribes to be notified when the stock is added back ?

Could you do a screenshot of the received email ?
Could you do a screenshot of what you have in Customers>Emails history ?

Na jou laatste antwoord en vraag begrijp ik het verschil tussen de beheerder en de gebruikersbeheerder
dus ik denk dat jij gelijk hebt en het is de mail van gebruikerbeheer (website@presentdanger.nl zie bijlage emails) naar de beheerder (website@presentdanger.nl zie bijlage emails)
Het email account van demolder@ziggo.nl en info@familiehuijbregts.nl (zie bijlage emails) zijn ook mijn eigendom maar ik heb in postvak IN inderdaad GEEN mail gezien dat ze op de wachtlijst staan..
Ik denk de vraag/het probleem is opgelost nu !
