Duplicate Orders

Hi,

Out of the blue we have had about 100 orders get duplicated from all different users at all different times but all duplicated at exactly the same time on the 19th of Oct. This has only happened once so far. What can we check to find out why this happened?

Hi,

First, look at the history area of these orders. You should see the IP address and user of who created these orders.
I suppose it could be done easily by selecting all the orders on the orders listing and clicking inadvertedly on the "copy" button at the top of the orders listing.
Otherwise, it could also be a mass action gone haywire so check the mass actions in System>Mass actions.
