Hi,
I would like to export users and orders into one CSV and related to each other (users/orders).
My website is in Hebrew and the exported file comes in gibberish.
is there any way to influence the encoding when I export?
Thank you,
Eran

Hi,
HikaShop works in UTF8 and supports all the characters. The CSV you got is probably fine. The problem is more likely to be with how you open the CSV file on your end.
Could you provide a copy of the CSV file you're getting ?
You can create a fake order and select it on the orders listing and click on the "export" button at the top and it will only export that order's data in a CSV file. That way, you can provide it without compromising the privacy of your customers' data.
