How can a customer return there order? I was looking over I could no find these settings.

Hi,

In the System>Order statuses menu, you have a column "contact button" where you can select the statuses for which you want to allow the "contact us for your order" button in the order details on the frontend.
So you could use that as a return mechanism.
Note that in the Display>Custom fields menu, you can create custom fields of the table "contact" to add extra fields to the contact form.
