Order notification: Decide e-mail address based on product category

Hi,

is it possible to send the admin order notification to different e-mail addresses depending on what the customer ordered?

We have a category of products that are managed by another organization and it would be helpful if they got notified automatically if such a product is ordered.

You can do that with HikaMarket Multivendor:

You can create a vendor for each organization.
Then, assign the products to the corresponding vendor.
Then, when someone places an order, if a vendor is linked to at least one product in the order, he will receive an email with only the products linked to him.

since we don't need most of HikaMarket Multivendor's functions I used a regularly running Outlook macro to filter out the e-mails in question and forward them.
