Is it possible to create and send a recurring invoice to a client for services like monthly website maintenance, monthly copywriting services, etc.? Also, can we create estimates and send them to clients, and if the clients accept them, do we have an option to convert them to invoices?

Yes, you can have recurring payments with HikaSubscription and PayPal:

You could create orders from the backend, and then use the email button to send the details of the order to the customer.
