Order download links not working

-- url of the page with the problem -- : ssavp.com/index.php/store

-- Joomla version -- : 5.4.6
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : The requested page can't be found.

Customers keep reporting errors when attempting to download their files for the newest product added to my site. I formatted the download links the same as I have previously and testing the download links separately from the hyperlink in the email sent out successfully. I've attached a screenshot of the message the customers are getting.

I may have inadvertently fixed it by disabling the Download Log plugin.

Hi,

Thanks for your report. However, I do not know of any "Download Log" plugin ? Could you provide more information about this ? Or is it a custom plugin on your end ?

It was a plugin I got from here a few years ago. Well, closer to a decade ago…

i'm not sure. I can't find information about it on my end.
