Orders report - confirmed to shipped time was created by iconvisual

Hi,

I want a report showing the time between when an order is confirmed and when it is shipped. Is this already possible in Hikashop?

Hi,
No I don't think that this option exists but, you still have the "history" tab through your order configuration screen to see the "confirmed to shipped time".
Also, note that the solution can be to use an SQL request through your phpmyadmin.
