Error on confirmation email

Hello,
After purchasing a product and the customer receives a confirmation email of there order. There is an error message which appears on the email and sometimes on the web page. Here is the link.

What is causing this error to appear. Thanks

Hi,

Do you have edited the order status notification email content ? (in the preload part)
If it is, thanks to remove your modifications, else thanks to give us the corresponding line of the error.

You can edit the email via the menu System > Email.

I haven't put anything for the email notification. Is that the problem? I have put a email address is now, ill see if it works
