Statistics Report disappeared

1) while we change the setting of report "Main Statistics" even if we Save is disappeared (on line version and even on our test version)...
2) How many reports we can configure? now we have 12 reports
3) Can we backup the reports or import/export the reports (not the date, the report template)?

1. Version of HikaShop ? If not 2.3.1, please update.
2. There is no limits.
3. You can backup the report by exporting the hikashop table "#__hikashop_widget".

could be nice to have a console function to save and restore the report template

Could you enable the Joomla debug mode and set the error reporting to maximum in order to see if an error is returned when saving ?
