Total in stock report cumulatively

How do I create a report showing the amount in stock items for one product cumulatively?
If I set a product to 100 items in stock I like to see a graph or line chart going up/down per day or week showing the total amount in reserve or sold.
This way I know when to rebuy.

For example

day 1: 10 items sold
day 2: 5 items sold
day 3: 22 items sold
day 4: 5 items sold
the graph should show: day 1: 10; day 2: 15; day 3: 37 etc.
Or when crosschecking to the stockamount (let say initial 100): day 0: 100; day 1: 90; day 2: 85; day 3: 63 etc.

We don't have this kind of reports by default in HikaShop.

To know when to rebuy items, you could use the mass actions.
For example if you set it up like that, you will be informed by email as soon as the quantity is less than 25 items.

By setting it up like that, you will receive a csv file every days via email, and in this csv file a list of the products with less than 25 items in stock.

Would be nice to see the in stock amount in the dashboard.

Note that you can easily see the stock of your products in the listing of the products.
Also, for what Xavier explained, note that there is an "out of stock" plugin that is by default in HikaShop in order to do just that.
