Purchased item history report on specific customer

May i check with you is it possible to generate purchased item history of specific customer report within current reporting function?

Or can it be archieve with minor modification?

The reports don't allow to filter on a customer.

But, thanks to the mass actions you will be able to filter on a customer and list all his orders and so all the products in the order.
Via the menu System > Mass action, set up a mass action like that: take.ms/jTrBF

but one more question, is it possible to get total order amount by a specific customer in a specific period using the same method?

Not with the mass action system. You would have to use the "export CSV file" instead of "display the result" in your mass actions in order to generate a CSV.
Then, you could open the CSV in excel and do the sum automatically there.
