error on order - reports - export csv

I'm trying to export my orders as csv but am getting an error.

I'm using the template orders to ship.
The default hikshop report last-seven-orders also shows the same error message.
Other default hikashop reports work fine.

Could it be because you have too much orders ?
What if you only select a few orders on your orders listing and click on the "export" button there. Do you get the same error ?
If you turn on the "error reporting" and "debug mode" settings of the Joomla configuration, do you get more errors ? What are they ?

I'm still testing.
There are 3 orders and they all fit the filter of the report (i can preview them). But still there's the error message.

Do you get the error immediately or only 30 seconds after you click on the button ?
If it's immediately, I would recommend to increase the "memory_limit" setting of your php.ini
Otherwise, I would recommend to increase instead the "max_execution_time" setting of your php.ini
