Google Analyics e-commerce tracking does not work

I am using Hikashop but without a pay button. Customers can order products and the webshop-owner can set an order to 'confirmed' At that time I want GA tracking this orer. But it does not do.
The Hikashop GA plugin is activated and also is a javascript with GA-code placed in the template.
What to do to get tracking of confirmed orders?
