on my hikashop dash I have "last orders", order no. | Customer | Order Status | Total
is it possible that I can add time or date / ?

The new dashboard of HikaShop 3.x does include the date of the orders on the last orders listing:

If you don't see that, it's probably that you're using the old dashboard of HikaShop.
Go in the HikaShop configuration and turn off the "dashboard legacy" and you'll get the new dashboard.
If you want to stay on the old dashboard and get that data added, it's not impossible but it will require some coding as there is no option for that.
