Reports stop at certain date

Hello, I have been having an issue with Reports- I cannot see data from any date after 9/1/19. I dont remember doing anything around that time that could have caused this. I have since updated Hikahop and the problem remains. Any ideas?

That's hard to say anything without more information. Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of a report with the issue ?

Sure thing Nicolas, Attached is a screen shot showing order count by month from about a year back till today. As you can see, the graph just ends in September.

I'm not a specialist in report system, but as a guess, maybe it's because HikaShop add month results only when the month is finished ?...
Because when I reproduce your configuration I have the same result.
To be sure of it can you modify the "Group items per" option to weeks or days.

Thanks Philip, If you were able to reproduce it then there appears to be some kind of bug here - It is now November and the report shows 13 orders for the month of October. We did 40+ orders in October. When i switch to weeks it shows data, but again incorrect data.

Can you provide a screenshot of this report on the Month October (now finished) AND as the last time with the configuration visible.
